Shipping the first tools
Five are live and free now: the Focus Timer, Backup Buddy, Pace (my cull-and-edit tracker), Inspo (a private inspiration board) and Shortlist (for turning group-chat referrals into a ready-to-send list). Most are lifted straight out of my own workflow. Next I'm shaping them from your feedback and sketching a light Pro tier.
Counting down to a winter retreat
In January I'm off to three nights in the Cairngorms with a houseful of photographers: no stage, no agenda, just respite and honest company after a busy year. Exactly the kind of gathering I want more of, and the spirit behind the ones I hope to help bring together.
Writing more honestly
Filling the journal with the stuff I actually believe about this work, less “ten tips”, more the real conversation about time, money and a life outside the edit.
Still shooting weddings
The Co Lab comes from a working photography life, and I'm keeping it that way. You'll still find me behind a camera most weekends through the season.
